Committed to international quality standards
At HUWRIL, quality is built into every stage of production — from incoming steel and hydraulic components to the final load test before shipment. We operate a documented quality management system and design our pallet trucks, stackers and lift platforms to meet internationally recognized safety and environmental standards, so that distributors and end customers can buy and operate our equipment with confidence.
Below are the standards and certifications our products and processes are aligned with. Specific certificates and test reports are available on request for your own compliance and customer audit files.
Our machinery is designed to meet the essential health and safety requirements of the EU Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, with CE conformity marking and an EU Declaration of Conformity supporting free movement within the European market.
EU Machinery Directive 2006/42/ECOur quality management follows ISO 9001:2015, the international standard for quality management systems. It focuses on customer focus, process approach, evidence-based decisions and continuous improvement to deliver consistent products.
Quality Management SystemWe align our environmental management with ISO 14001, the internationally recognized standard for environmental management systems, working to reduce resource use, control waste and improve environmental performance across production.
Environmental ManagementKey safety and performance tests are carried out by recognized third-party testing bodies such as TUV Rheinland, providing independent verification of structural strength, stability and braking performance.
Independent Third-Party TestingElectrical and electronic components used in our powered trucks comply with RoHS (Directive 2011/65/EU, amended by 2015/863/EU), restricting hazardous substances such as lead, mercury and cadmium.
Directive 2011/65/EUEvery OEM/ODM program follows a controlled workflow: drawing review, sample approval, signed specifications, production inspection and pre-shipment verification, so custom orders match the agreed sample.
Controlled OEM WorkflowSteel plates, hydraulic pumps, seals and electrical parts are checked against specifications when they arrive, before they enter production.
Critical welding, assembly and hydraulic steps are inspected during production, so issues are corrected early rather than at the end.
Every truck undergoes load, lifting, lowering and braking tests to confirm it performs to its rated capacity before packing.
A final visual and functional check, packing review and documentation check ensure the order is complete and ready for export.
