A compact walkie stacker with manual or electric lift, rated 1,000–1,500 kg and ideal for lifting pallets to racking height in narrow aisles.
The MS12 is a walkie-type stacker in which the operator walks behind the machine and lifts pallets vertically to racking height, in addition to transporting them. It fills the gap between manual pallet trucks and full counterbalance forklifts: compact and economical, it stacks loads up to about 1,500 kg to heights of 1.6–3.0 m in aisle widths a forklift cannot enter.
Typical configurations use a 1,000–1,500 kg rated capacity at 600 mm load centre, a lift height from 1.6 m to 3.0 m and either a manual hydraulic pump or an electric lift motor with a 24 V battery. PU load wheels, a load backrest and an overload valve are standard. The exact configuration depends on mast height, fork size and lift type.
A narrow chassis works in aisle widths and lift shafts where forklifts cannot operate.
